Review agent communication skills, call handling, and resolution quality.


Identify gaps in customer service and process compliance.


Prepare daily/weekly audit reports and scorecards.


Provide feedback and coaching recommendations to agents and team leaders.


Track recurring customer issues and escalation patterns.


Ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance during calls.
